ORGANIC DYEING

In organic dyeing/dip dyeing, anodically produced oxide layers are colored by dipping them with organic or inorganic dyes in aqueous solution. The dyes are deposited in the pores of the anodized layer. A variety of colors can be created using different dyes.

The following colors can be produced using this process:

• Construction silver (C1)
• Light gold (C2)
• Gold colored (C3)
• Dark gold (C4)
• Black (C8)

Gold and black tones are available daily in various shades. The maximum dimensions of your workpiece are 6500 x 1500 x 550 mm.

Colors such as red, blue, turquoise, orange, green, and violet are readily available. Various basins in different sizes are available. Please inquire if you have requirements in this area to discuss the maximum dimensions of your workpieces. Additional custom colors can be developed upon request.
