Decorative processes are always chosen when dealing with visible parts of anodized workpieces. In addition to corrosion protection, aesthetics also play a major role. Color scheme
There are various methods to achieve the desired color scheme. We offer Color-Farbverfahren, organic dyeing and Sandalorverfahren®.
Since the color is not applied like a varnish, but rather incorporated into the surface structure, the result also depends on the base material and its properties (alloys, pretreatment, etc.).
Product Window: Maximum Part Sizes
For natural colors, gold, and black, the maximum dimensions of your workpiece are 6500 x 1500 x 550 mm.
For brown and bronze tones, the maximum dimensions of 6500 x 1500 x 550 mm also apply. These colors are produced using the Color-Farbverfahren process.
With the Sandalor process®, the parts are anodized three times. Here, the maximum part dimensions are 6500 x 1500 x 550 mm.
